Return & Refund/Exchange Policy
1. Return and Refund Eligibility
- If you receive an item that is physically damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately(within 24 hours) and include photos of both the item and its packaging
- To qualify, items must be unused, with the original tag still attached, the plastic zipper intact, and in the original packaging.
- Customers must share a video of the package being unboxed for reference.
- Please mail/WhatsApp us photos of the damaged item, ensuring the tag is visible and attached.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons other than damaged items
2. How to request a refund

- Once we approve the refund request, we will send you a return label for return shipping, which you can use to send the item back to our warehouse.
- Be sure to include your orders following details for the refund request when reaching out to us

3. Return Shipping
- Refunds are eligible when return shipping is initiated within 3 days of delivered date. The return shipping cost is ₹99 unless the return is due to a damage on our part.
- We strictly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
5. If Refund is getting delayed
- If your refund hasn’t credited within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank and credit card company.
- If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us.
6. Non-Refundable items
- Customized/personalized items cannot be refunded unless it is damaged.
- Bulk orders, Coupon order should not be refunded. (Kindly reach out to us for support)
7. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
- For size issues, we offer an easy one-time replacement. However, both return and replacement shipping costs will be charged at ₹149.(Note: To avoid exchanges, we strongly recommend choosing your size based on our item chart.)
